Update training course DSMR P3 (new version 4.0)

One-day training course on the new release (version 4.0); the changes and consequences of these changes on functionality and communication

Description:: The Dutch grid operators defined the requirements for components of the Dutch Smart Metering Infrastructure in 2007/2008.
These requirements are specified in the NTA8130 standard and the DSMR specification, including the companion standards for P1, P2 and P3. P3 describes the communication between a communication component of the energy metering part and the Data Collection or Central Access Server component. The P3 interface is based on the DLMS/COSEM standard with deviations, clarifications and additions.

Since February 2010 a new version of the DSMR P3 has been released. In this "update" training the changes and the consequences of these changes on functionality and communication will be discussed from a high level to a low level message detail (bits and bytes). After the training participants will be fully up-to-date on the what and why of DSMR.

Target Audience:: All staff members involved in the specification, configuration, testing and operation of projects related to the communication interface aspects of the Dutch DSMR smart meter.

Participants are required to have good knowledge of the basics of DSMR P3 or DLMS.
